Job Description
Use your CNC programming and operation skills to create custom plastic parts for a variety of industries. Candidate should have an interest in developing and controlling the processes of drafting and analyzing designs, to CNC programing and machining that create & bring solutions and visions to life. SolidWorks CAD and CAM are a plus, but not required. The candidate should have some experience and /or formal training in CAD, CAM and machining. As a custom contract manufacturer utilizing plastic fabrication, forming, CNC routing & machining, customer requirements and solutions provide a variety of challenges and processes to address and meet each custom need. Our vacuum forming processes are supported by in-house mold making. Previous mold and fixture design and production is a plus. We are proud to have repeat orders for custom parts and components so traceability, process standardizations and record keeping for repeatability is critical and must be practiced daily. Haas & C.R.Onsrud are our main CNC routing and machining stations. Experience with setting up and maintaining such are a plus.
