Accounting Assistant

We are looking to hire a part-time Accounting Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting with accounting related activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• General liability and workers compensation review and procurement
• AP & AR Data Entry
• Prepare lien releases for check runs and distribute checks
• Issue PO's, CO's and Subcontract agreements
• Plan and maintain work facilities
• Provide administrative assistance to management team
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform other office tasks (answer multiple phone lines, distribute mail, etc.)

• Must have construction experience within administrative services
• Proven related work experience
