Office Staff

Ideal Movers & Storage is a local, family-owned company that has built its reputation for excellence since 1998. We are looking for detail-oriented, responsible professionals eager to learn in a highly organized office environment and grow with us.

We are primarily looking for someone who can help out on move jobs and do other physical things around the office.

Some basic tasks of the job are as follows:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft office, Excel is preferred but not required

Handling phone calls with multiple lines

Scheduling estimates and booking move jobs

Interact with customers on a daily basis

Have a grasp on all customer accounts

Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative

Ability to maintain a calm demeanor when handling difficult customers and situations

The ideal candidate should also be willing and able to perform physical work, including, but not limited to:

Helping on move jobs

Moving pallets

Cleaning units

Outdoor work such as mowing and leafblowing
