Job Description
Job duties include daily production and inventory reporting, collecting, verifying, and distributing receiving and shipping paperwork, processing timeclock calculations for employees, and other duties in the office such as filing and answering the phone.
Additional duties, pertaining to the company's safety program, may be added in time. The duties for safety would be looking after our Lock Out Tag Out program, daily monitoring of safety in the mill, and employee communication in our Safety Talk meetings.
Looking for an experienced candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience in an office environment. Payroll experience is desirable but not necessary. Experience with safety administration would be a big plus.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and a self-starter, who is highly motivated and assertive.
Must have a high school diploma and be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have good organizational and communication skills and the ability to work well with other employees, customers, and outside parties.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time depending on the experience of the candidate.
Salary: From $15-$18 depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate to 375 Coosa Road, Boaz, Alabama.
