Career Strategies is hiring a Bilingual Property Manager for a community in Little Rock, AR.

The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented individual who can handle multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy. With strong leadership skills, excellent work ethic, positive attitude, high energy, and the desire to grow with a Property Management Company.

Job Title: Property Manager

Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Must be bilingual in Spanish/English 

  • Supervise leasing and maintenance staff including delegating work, maintaining deadlines, training, and scheduling.
  • Provide customer service to residents resolving any issues that may occur.
  • Tenant screening and processing of credit checks.
  • Semi-monthly payroll reporting.
  • Complete Monthly Operating Reports.
  • Establish work and make-ready schedules.
  • Observe or review contract work and inspect problem areas including buildings and grounds.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are met.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned/needed.

 

The ideal candidate will also possess the following:

  • Residential Property Management experience.
  • Completion of internal training for affordable housing.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize.
  • Exceptional tenant and employee relations skills.
  • Analytical skills for budgeting, marketing, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Administrative skills for data entry, filing, and answering phones.
  • Computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and the Internet.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
