POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Order to Cash (OTC) Techno-Functional Analyst’s primary responsibilities are to act as the internal project manager on all NetSuite ERP implementations and as an internal consultant for the company with particular subject matter expertise in optimizing the full end-to-end Order to Cash process within the NetSuite ERP and interfacing systems. The position requires a proactive, hands-on influencer with a focus on continuous improvement. The position will support systems engineering management activities including defining requirements, preparing templates and checklists for SDLC stage gate reviews for GxP compliance, developing SOPs for systems engineering processes in compliance with specified standards and best practices, and supporting data strategy and data migration plan development. The Senior Analyst will have a strong customer focus, regularly interfacing with all levels of staff from entry-level to Executive Leadership across internal and external business partners to drive exceptional value for our business.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads business process analysis through problem elicitation, solution proposal, technical design phases, identifying, tracking and resolving issues
  • Analyzes requests against existing solutions and leading practices, creates functional specifications and technical designs, develops level-of-effort estimates and project plans, and coordinates the scheduling of work with business users
  • Leads all Order to Cash implementation and enhancement projects in coordination with the larger implementation team
  • Coordinates Regulatory label template and system design and validation with appropriate Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance stakeholders
  • Recommends best practices leveraging current state and introducing future state OTC technologies in the Enterprise Architecture including EDI, ERP, CRM, MES, Labeling, QMS, and Business Intelligence
  • Proactively challenges the status quo, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies, drive cost savings, or increase revenue
  • Coordinates testing and validation events with peers in the IT Quality Assurance, Business, and Vendor groups to ensure compliance with GxP requirements
  • Provides Tier 3 support of applications within the OTC portfolio
  • Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily within Customer Service, Sales Ops, Planning & Analytics, Warehouse, Commercial, and end customers
  • Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline


Experience:

6+ years of experience in an ERP development role with experience in some or all of the following areas:
