Bay-CSS seeking Direct Support Professionals: Anne Arundel County

**Job Summary:**
Bay Community Support Services (Bay-CSS) is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Anne Arundel County. Direct Support Professionals will provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position offers a competitive starting salary of $19 per hour on weekdays and $20 per hour on weekends, alongside paid training, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals with daily tasks including meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and transportation
- Create a safe and supportive setting for individuals
- Promote community engagement and social integration
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
