Our Real Estate Education Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced videographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for virtual and live events, social media, and other promotional purposes. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for streaming virtual training through systems like Streamyard and producing podcasts. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong skills in sound, lighting, filming, editing, and post-production.
Experience (preferred or required):
Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production or related field preferred but not a deciding factor
3-5 years of experience in videography and video editing for virtual and live events, social media, and promotional materials
Experience in sound, lighting, filming, editing, and post-production required
Knowledge of different video production techniques and equipment required
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects required
Familiarity with video equipment, such as cameras, lighting, and sound equipment required
Experience with streaming virtual events through systems like Streamyard required
Experience producing and editing podcasts, including recording, editing, and publishing required
Highly organized, ability to follow processes, great communication skills required
Technology driven & ability to learn quickly required
Experience in short form reels for social media, promo videos, hype videos, VSL editing is preferred
Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite - Word or Pages, Excel or Numbers, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Email Marketing, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and Website Maintenance required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for virtual and live events, social media, promotional materials, and educational content
Manage Virtual assistant editors to help in the editing process
Stream virtual trainings through systems like Streamyard, coordinating with other staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth execution of the event
Produce and edit podcasts, including recording, editing, and publishing
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative video content for various channels
Manage and maintain all equipment including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
Ensure that all video content meets company standards and brand guidelines
Provide guidance and support to other team members to ensure all aspects of video production are met and completed in a timely manner
Utilize strong project management skills to ensure all deadlines are met and the highest quality of video production is achieved
Provide creative input on the development of new video content ideas and concepts
Answer/return/follow up phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Must be driven and have a growth mindset
Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
Attend business meetings and trainings as required
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements and Skills:
Coaching and/or teaching experience preferred
Business and/or sales experience preferred (with a proven track record)
