Clinical Manager - RN 6pm to 6am

Kingston Healthcare is seeking a forward-thinking Clinical Manager (RN) to join our Night shift team. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a supportive and empowering work environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in clinical care.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of patient care services.
• Act as a mentor and coach to staff, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Maintain open communication channels and address any concerns or issues in a timely and empathetic manner.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on team building and staff development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
• In-depth understanding of best practices in clinical care and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered services
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges
