Qualifications:

Active cosmetology license in Kansas. 2 years of salon and retail experience. Strong communicating skills is a must and an understanding of salon goals and values.

Desirable Attributes: An ambitious self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on effectiveness.

Responsibilities as a Co-Manager, your role includes: Co-managing, guiding, and coaching the FS Cut & Color team with kindness. Coordinating employee schedules to meet forecasts and business needs. Creating distinct and delightful client experiences, ensuring return visits. Actively engaging in all stylist positions and duties, including our other FS sister salons, while maintaining a humble and helpful approach. Onboarding new employees and implementing plans for retention, development, and growth. . Maintaining FS Cut & Color's organization and standards, including retail and sales displays, in line with company guidelines.
