Duties/Responsibilities:

Home Repair and Rehab

• Finish carpentry (trim, cabinets, countertops, doors, laminate flooring, fixtures, etc)
• General handyman skills (painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, light framing, etc)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Can diagnose problems and maintain equipment
• Understands the balance between a quick pace and quality
• Desire to master new skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently but also apart of a team
• Problem solver with mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Courteous, friendly attitude towards residents and co-workers
• One who takes pride in their work
