Controller

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Controller to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial aspects of our business. The Controller will be responsible for managing financial procedures, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Accounting Experience in Healthcare, Non-Profit, Construction, Manufacturing preferred.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Experience with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow and forecast financial trends.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Manage the accounting team and provide training and guidance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.
