Our team of expert BCBA’s and Behavior Technicians make a difference in the lives of every family we serve by incorporating a team approach and utilizing technology to make clinical tasks easier. We provide home-based services in Indiana and we’re looking for candidates that want to be part of our team and give back to the communities they live in.


Responsibilities: Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Provide 1:1 therapy time with clients as assigned
  • Complete tasks required/requested and within time frame allocated by BCBA or BCaBA
  • Collect data during each therapy session. Report data to team leads and/or data charters.
  • Chart daily data at the end of the shift (requesting assistance when needed)
  • Complete all training to proficiency, including Safety Care, CPR, First Aid, and RBT
  • Attend team meetings for therapy clients
  • Complete the proper paperwork for each shift worked:
  • Travel to and from the Office and to Client’s homes as needed for therapy sessions
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings and training sessions
  • Complete safety training
  • Prepares materials for the next shift, cleans up after shift
  • Maintain appropriate presentation and attire for the job (i.e., sneakers, hair tied up, no loose strings, no large hoop earrings or ear gauges)
  • Maintain workplace appropriate behavior, limiting gossip, complaints, and other morale-reducing actions.'

Requirements

  • Valid RBT certification (preferred)
  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
