**Job Summary:**
As a BMW Genius, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients interested in BMW vehicles. You will act as a brand ambassador, offering guidance on vehicle features, technology, and customization options to enhance the customer's overall experience.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Strong passion for automotive industry and BMW brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and explain technical details related to BMW vehicles
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits to customers
- Assist customers in configuring and customizing their BMW vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the vehicle purchase process
- Stay informed about BMW product updates and changes

**Additional Requirements:**
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs provided by BMW
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Multilingual skills a plus
