We are seeking a Registered Nurse - RN or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor - 7p to 7:30a Shift plus Every Other Weekend.

Registered Nurse - RN or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Long-Term Care and nurse supervision.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English language.

Registered Nurse - RN or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Job Summary:

• Supervise the total nursing activities on the unit during your tour of duty.
• Supervise and evaluate all direct Resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
• Conduct Resident rounds, reporting problems and initiating corrective action.
• Administer and document medication and treatments per physician’s order and accurately record all care provided.
• Assist in developing an accurate comprehensive care plan based on each Resident’s comprehensive assessment.
• Report changes in Resident’s condition and take follow-up action as necessary.
• Participate in discharge planning, development & implementation of resident care plans, resident assessments, etc.
• Assist in evaluating and assessing medical, social, psychological, and spiritual care plans.
• Evaluate and develop restorative nursing plans of care for residents to maintain highest level of function.
