We are seeking a Substance Use/IOP Program Supervisor!!

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. Integrated Services is a champion of individuals living with substance use disorder. At our agency we work to provide substance use services centered on the individual that respect individual choice and pathways to change as well as practice from a harm reduction model.

*This position will require occasional travel throughout Southeastern Ohio* (Mileage will be reimbursed)

The salary range for this position is $48,596.66 to $79,175.95 per year based on experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervise and oversee activities of SUD/IOP Program through various methods including but not limited to team meetings, individual supervision, direct group observation, group supervision and regular communications.
  • Provide training for SUD/IOP Program staff in the home and community setting.
  • Support individuals with lived experience in substance use and mental health and ensure the entire team is receiving adequate supervision for their work.
  • Provide routine training, support and assistance to staff through individual and group conferences, assistance in analyzing case problems, and in improving their helping skills.
  • Attend regular individual and joint supervisions; family team meetings and shared decision-making meetings; prioritize staying current with research and advances in substance use treatment using counseling, medication or other means.
  • Prioritize child safety and well-being when making or delivering treatment recommendations.
  • Utilize Power BI, reviews management reports and case records.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely submission of written reports and notes regarding participant treatment.
  • Timely sign off on treatment plans and diagnosis.
  • Evaluates performance of staff members and recommends appropriate action to the manager.
  • Coordinate with peer services coordinator to participate in ongoing fidelity review (tracking referrals, assessments, and treatment attendance dates) and adherence to START, EPIC and other peer models, processes and service components.
  • Collaborate and maintain impactful relationships with all relevant partners and systems engaged with our team including but not limited to court systems, PCSA's, landlords, etc.
  • Participate in the review and selection of new staff, including but not limited to completion of position requisitions, applicant reviews, and interviews.
  • Responsible for implementation and oversight of organizational policies, procedures and/or processes.
  • Trains new employees in areas such as organizational policy, procedures, and organizational or governmental regulations.
  • May directly provide home and community behavioral health services that are practical, helpful and collaborative.
  • Oversee assigned programs/projects as designated by the manager.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required for providing supervision to SUD/IOP staff, signing off on documents.
  • LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT preferred.
  • Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Individuals familiar with the use of motivational interviewing and trauma informed practices preferred.
  • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
  • Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
  • Broad knowledge of community service systems.
  • Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team building activities.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
