Guest Services Lead - Key Holder

As the Guest Services Lead, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the guest services team and retail operations within the salon. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and profitable retail space.

Position Overview: 

• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Greet and assist customers, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
• Train and supervise Guest Services associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Schedule retail staff to ensure appropriate coverage during salon operating hours.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Guest Services team.

Inventory Operations:

• Manage all functions to properly open and close the salon using company guidelines and policies.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock of retail products at all times.
• Place orders with suppliers and vendors to replenish stock as needed.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
• Help maintain clean, safe environment and resolve any maintenance issues on a timely basis.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within the beauty industry or hair salon.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products, styling tools, and related retail trends.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Flexibility to work during salon operating hours, including evenings and weekends.

This position requires moderate physical effort. Some unpacking and packing of materials is required when restocking the floor supply. There may be moving and setting up of displays and other events taking place in your location. Majority of the work shift standing on feet.
