The Lake Host is responsible for interacting with residents and guests while enforcing the rules and safety regulations of lake life. This job plays an important role in enhancing our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.
About the Community:
Daybreak is comprised of more than 8,000 homes on its way to a projected build-out of more than 20,000 residential homes. Daybreak is a highly amenitized community specifically designed with providing residents with numerous recreational and lifestyle options. What you’ll accomplish:
- Educating residents and guests about lake rules and safety regulations
- Extending the highest level of customer service
- Promoting events around the lake
- Assisting with equipment rental
- Patrolling the lake while tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
- Performing various maintenance duties and other tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Customer service experience
- Upbeat personality that enjoys engaging with people
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
