Litigation Associate – Ohio & Florida

Roetzel & Andress has an immediate opening for an experienced litigator to join its Naples office. If you are currently licensed in Ohio and would like to relocate to Southwest Florida, Roetzel will reimburse Florida Bar Exam and study course costs and will provide a moving stipend.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation and/or construction litigation. This position will also have the opportunity to work in other areas of litigation to support the Firm’s needs in Florida and Ohio. Minimum requirements:
  • 2+ years of commercial litigation experience
  • Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues.
  • Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions.
  • Exceptional research and writing skills.
  • Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
  • Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing is preferred; will reimburse Florida Bar Exam and study course expense for Ohio Bar licensed attorney.
