Job Description
Coordinates, Implements and ensure residents receive the care as determined by the service plan. Coordinates all aspects of resident care, including but not limited to pharmacy, physician orders as well as outside agencies. Daily follow up on facility policies, procedures, charting, pharmacy and family concerns. Hires trains and supervises staff and serves as a mentor and resource to team members.

Requirements
Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to submit and pass a per-employment alcohol and drug screening.
