Mandara Hospitality Group is hiring Hosts to join our talented service team at Posana!
Are you passionate about hospitality, serving your community, and having fun? Do you possess a genuine interest in feeding the well-being of others and an innate desire to deliver exceptional service? If so, we invite you to apply to join our host team!
Posana is currently open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner service only. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. We also offer learning and enrichment opportunities year round, and benefits are available to full time employees.
At Posana, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm, compassionate welcome for our guests
- Successfully and efficiently book and confirm reservations using our reservation software.
- Respond in a timely manner to incoming calls and voicemails, or refer them to the appropriate manager.
- Collaborate with management, service and support teams to ensure an exceptional, memorable dining experience for our guests.
