Inclusion Behavioral Health (IBH) is a new locally-owned ABA practice that provides high-quality, inclusive, and ethical services to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Join our team of committed, passionate, and goal-driven professionals.

BT's at IBH work in home and community settings, applying family-inclusive individualized interventions, based on the principles of ABA. The BT's are responsible for implementing all treatment programs, collecting and graphing data, participating in team meetings, and collaborating with the BCBA to ensure that behavior change is occurring.
Inclusion Behavioral Health is seeking part-time BT’s in Conifer and surrounding areas to work directly with children and adults diagnosed with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. IBH provides frequent, on-going supervision and support for our team.

Qualifications:
· RBT Certified preferred
· A high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
· Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
· CPR/First Aid certified preferred
· Crisis Management Certification preferred
· Bilingual Spanish preferred
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Experience working with children or adults with disabilities
· Must pass background check and TB test
