To learn more, please visit our website:* *.* OVERVIEW The Construction Sales Manager is an experienced individual in landscape construction, basic electricity, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, and works with minimal supervision. This individual provides an exceptional customer service experience while leading the construction estimating and sales process. RESPONSIBILITIES * Conducts operations in a manner, which promotes safety. Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. * Responsible for taking off target projects and providing accurate estimates. * Monitors project changes distributed from general contractor and adjusts estimate accordingly. * Actively works in coordination with Project Manager throughout every project to ensure a high-level service is being provided in a safe and efficient manner. * Adheres to project budget; monitors, tracks, and facilitates billing with AR Admin. * Trains and evaluates project crews with Project Manager and provides feedback on duties and responsibilities relative to safety and quality. * Processes change orders and partners with the team to evaluate the deviations of the original contract. * Attends meetings and collaborates with the General Contractor and Project Manager to ensure feasibility of each project. * Ability to proficiently train and operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including skid steers, mini skid steers, excavators, plate compactors, drills, chop saws, chain saws, hedge shears, demolition hammers, jack hammers, and laser transits. * Interacts with clients by way of introductions, answering questions, responding to clients requests and providing a walk-through at the projects completion. * Builds strong relationships with clients. * Accountable for helping get the opportunity for landscape maintenance and snow removal services upon completion of the project when applicable and working with a Business Development Manager to provide proposals and potential sale. * Ability to make informed and educated decisions about construction projects. * Assists with management of snow removal services during the winter months. * All other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS * Live the Company Values to motivate and inspire a team * Strong organization, project management, and communication skills * Ability to work as a team * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and clients * Proficient in Microsoft Office * High School Diploma or Equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years of prior related work experience required. * Associates Degree or higher in related field preferred * OSHA 30-Hour certification * Valid Drivers License - Must meet insurance underwriting requirements BENEFITS * Great benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision * Generous paid time off plans * High-value discounts with national partners and retailers * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Referral bonus **Compensation:** Yellowstone Landscape offers a competitive salary, an aggressive incentive program and a full group benefit plan including medical, dental, 401K with a company match, and PTO. **Qualifications** **Skills** **Behaviors** **:** **Motivations** **:** **Education** **Experience** **Licenses & Certifications**
