Job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Utilize Microsoft Suite and other software tools effectively to assist customers and maintain records.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
