Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our busy office team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. If you have strong Microsoft Suite skills, excellent organizational abilities, and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Utilize Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other software tools effectively to perform tasks and maintain records.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office.
