This STAFF ACCOUNTANT Position Features:

Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with experience in the food processing manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards specific to the dairy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis reports.
3. Monitor and track financial transactions related to dairy production, inventory management, distribution, and sales.
4. Work closely with the management team to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
5. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and industry-specific standards related to the dairy industry.
6. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
7. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
8. Maintain accurate records of dairy-related expenses, revenue, and assets.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures tailored to the dairy industry.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the dairy sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
