Position Details:

• Contract Type: 13-week contract, full-time
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call

• Pay: Negotiable based on experience and territory, weekly pay, stipend pay packages available for travelers

Position Requirements:

• Active Florida (FL) Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Minimum 1 year of Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience
• Reliable transportation
• Joint Commission onboarding upon offer

Position Duties:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring patients' conditions, assessing their progress, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and self-care techniques.
• Utilizing Oasis and Homecare Homebase software for accurate documentation and timely reporting.
