Who You Are:

• You deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients which leads to consistent 5-Star Google Reviews
• You have 3 or more demonstrated years of HVAC Service experience.
• You are proficient in sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements.
• You perform consistent precision tune-ups and are proficient in HVAC repairs.
• You have comprehensive refrigerant trouble-shooting experience.
• You are coachable, reliable, loyal, and dependable.
• You have a valid Driver’s License
• You can operate iPhone and/or Android products.
• You adapt easily to change, work safely, and follow standard operating procedures without fail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
