Part Time Opportunity! - Now Hiring

Part time about 80 hours a month needed. I have a short term rental property that needs cleaning about 15 times a month. It takes about 3 hours to clean the main house and an hour to clean the basement unit (which is the one needed most often). We do ask that you take the linens home to wash but we could also set up something with the local laundry mat. The second part of this job is you would be the property manager occasionally having to reboot the wifi, scheduling the plumber/electrician/landscaper, change batteries, etc. And the main part is updating me on things the property needs like new towels or weed eating. The pay is $1200 a month and as mentioned should take about 80 hours.
