To support that challenge, the Seeds Supply and Operations Team is currently seeking a Production Technician in Lone Tree, IA. You will help shape the future of agriculture by: Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence, and responding independently when possible General administrative support including expense analysis, track and trace, and special projects Complete and submit monthly purchasing statements in accordance with company policies Support field department with grower contracts, grower payments, and communications as required May support HSE programs, trainings and education to employees Generate and distribute monthly reports to relevant team members as needed Preparation of correspondence, reports, graphic presentation and other material for internal and external meetings Coordinating meetings, conferences, special events, projects, travel arrangements and special activities Organizing and maintaining file system in accordance with company records retention policies May maintain timesheets for third-party temporary employees Performs mailroom/shipping duties Administer and maintain accounts payables principles through purchase requisitions, purchase orders, order accuracy verification, data entry, coding and routing of departmental invoices Maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment repair and service, replacement needs, and assist with special orders Providing first line contact with seed industry personnel, company executives, Syngenta leadership, employees, vendor services, and the public Develop and meet annual priorities as defined by individual and site leadership QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Minimum two (2) years secretarial/clerical experience preferred Knowledge of office functions and processes.
