The GBS Global Enterprises Sales Enablement Specialist is an expert coordinator and is efficient in planning, curating, and designing content to support the GBS GE Strategic Account Director(s) (and the Account Executives and Business Development Directors they support) to meet and exceed quarterly and annual financial outcomes. This role is responsible for supporting sales productivity and effectiveness by managing the day-to-day tactical elements of complex growth/retention deal positioning by designing content that illustrates compelling client financial justification inclusive of solution configuration, pricing, savings, incentives, etc.
What you'll do:
Drive operational excellence, project management and deal positioning for an aligned portfolio of GBS' largest and most complex accounts - to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual financial targets
Collaborate with GBS Global Enterprises Strategic Account Director to create sales enablement content that is aligned with Gartner's pricing policy, market positioning and messaging
Organize, update and maintain sales enablement assets to most up-to-date standards including: playbooks, client presentations/slides, fee schedules, fee quotes for renewals and net new business, contract templates, etc.
Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to sales enablement assets to improve performance and ensure objectives are met especially as it relates to growth, retention, complex deal management and revenue performance.
Manage and curate deal content repository ensuring all information is easily and readily available according to the selling scenario
Build and maintain productive relationships with key internal stakeholders (all NCVI wheel partners) including: Legal, Pricing, Deal Hub, CFS, AR, OM, Americas Contracts, etc.
Develop deep knowledge of GBS pricing philosophy for all legacy Leadership Council products and new individual seat-based products (across 4 GBS regions)
Manage, organize and respond promptly to constant flow of inbound requests sent to GBS GE Requests Inbox
Pull ad-hoc analytics and information, as needed, to help address data questions in a timely and efficient manner
Navigate through multiple systems (Alfresco, Apttus, GSP, Gbrowse, team G-drive, etc.)
What you'll need:
Passion for helping sales reps be more effective and efficient in their interactions with customers and prospective buyers and win deals.
4+ years of working experience preferred. Preferably working in data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, analytical consulting, and/or project management
Exceptional Excel and PPT skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong analytics skills
Experience and aptitude to work with different data sources
Ability to manage volume and work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction - and comfortable asking for help when needed)
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Experience in Power BI and other Gartner systems preferred

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
