The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a co-pilot to the Local Procurement Category Management Team by driving decision making and cost management for Raw and Packaging materials. The position will also act as a financial co-pilot to businesses within US16 (Nestl USA, Nestl Nutrition, Nestl Professional, and Nestl Health Science) for PPV, Savings, and Hedging for all Raw & Packaging spend categories. The candidate must have strong communication skills, cross-functional team experience and be results-focused with minimal direct supervision. The Sr. Financial Analyst must be able to effectively interact, collaborate and communicate across multiple functions in the organization and cooperate and build consensus to drive results. Primary Responsibilities: Annual Budget for Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and Savings Initiatives. Provide financial analysis and insight to all Raw and Packaging material Categories managed/supported by the Local NA Procurement Team. Monthly ownership/reconciliation of all Hedging balance sheet accounts. Ownership of monthly PPV forecasting reporting and maintenance of internal PPV forecasting tool Prism. Provide financial training on a monthly / quarterly to new and existing employees within the NA Procurement team. Ad-hoc Duties as assigned Minimum Educational Level: Bachelors degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience. Required Skills and Experience: Advanced Excel modeling and/or reporting skills Experience creating dashboards with business intelligence software (PowerBI, Tableau) Proven track record working in cross-functional teams 3-5 years financial analysis experience with costing and accounting knowledge Ability to develop data-oriented stories and communicate with executive management Analysis, forecasting, budgeting experience SAP or other ERP experience Business Objects experience Supply Chain / Procurement / Factory knowledge a plus ****Req ID**** 158982 It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
