Rev Up Grant Program Support and Student Success Coach

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary

The College of DuPage seeks a program support and success coach for the Rev Up EV (Electric Vehicle) Grant. This is a short-term, grant-funded opportunity that will recruit participants, coach individuals, perform case management with students, track data; network with all current and potential project partners. In addition this role will support the grant operations.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit students interested in various aspects of Electric Vehicles.
  • Market the program and scholarship opportunities to students.
  • Update the Automotive Program website with grant information.
  • Track enrollment, registration, and student success.
  • Track and maintain student records to meet grant requirements.
  • Facilitate support for partners meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the grant.


Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Associates degree or higher
  • Previous experience in event planning, recruitment, program support, or project management.
  • Must have advanced computer skills, including data collection, to meet job requirements, minimally Word and Excel.

  • Preferred: Background in Automotive Technology
