Psychiatrist, MD or DO physician for multispecialty outpatient group

LICENSED PSYCHIATRIST in California, part or full time to join busy psychiatry practice. Partnership or ownership opportunities ARE available. Very upscale, beautiful office with 12 great support staff and 7 other happy clinicians in Coastal South Orange County, CA. Seeking experienced or new graduates, as 1099 contractors. We can customize a contract with retention and other bonuses, with a very high pay rate.

Why not work where everyone else wants to vacation? The Pacific Ocean is within 5 miles, also Mountain Resorts, Deserts, with Los Angeles & San Diego each only 1 hour away. You can work remotely by telehealth or in-person or hybrid combo of both, but in-person capability at least 1-2 days per week is preferred.

About us: multispecialty psychiatry/psychology group in new, very upscale office in Ladera Ranch CA. Established in 1993, we are very high-tech and upscale, with paperless documents, advanced Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and a fantastic, smart and happy support staff.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good medical records & typing skills
• MEDICAL DOCTORATE degree licensed in CA as a physician & sugeon (MD or DO)
• NOTE: Master's level degrees/licenses should NOT apply at this time.
• No current malpractice claims/board actions pending. You must be insurable as a physician.

Job Description:

• Full or part time work. Can start on credentialing/contracting.
• Practice owned & managed by clinicians, not corporations!
• Make notes at home or office on EMR; extensive training provided.
• We can mentor an early career psychiatrists.
• You determine your own patient load and hours as a contracted psychiatrist.
• Payments go up with higher productivity; no upper limit cap, top pay rate!
• Research, teaching, and academic appointments are available.
• We treat our psychologist providers like family, offering peer review/case conference biweekly, and other support.

NOTE: do NOT apply if your highest degree is a Bachelor's or Master's. We are hiring only at the medical doctorate level.
