Job Description
Ideal Part-time office position for a Retiree.
Customer Service POSITION AVAILABLE at HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION OFFICE
Wednesday, Thursday, and with the option of Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm
1. Work under the supervision of the Property Manager who is in the office from 9-1 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
2. Use Microsoft Word to compose letters and other association documents.
3. Use Microsoft Excel to maintain association databases and other records.
4. Assist homeowners in person, on the telephone, and via email with issues and questions regarding the association.
5. Schedule clubhouse and sports park reservations and handle costs involved.
6. Maintain website updates and send email notices to owners.
7. Maintain files and other association records.
8. Contact vendors on any maintenance issues, obtain a quote for repair and forward to the Board.
9. Create proximity cards for access to Parker Lakes amenities and send the monies obtained to the management company.
10. Maintain weekly log of vendors and services performed.
11. Monitor security cameras and report security violations to Board.
12. Notify vendors to check in with the office when arriving on site and when work is complete.
13. Keep a monthly calendar in the office and on the website of any scheduled meetings or parties in the clubhouse.
14. Update the owner spreadsheet as owners leave or move in.
15. Update the residential directory spreadsheet.
16. Meet with the maintenance crew each day to learn of any issues in the common areas and instruct them on any special projects under the scope of their contract.
