• Prepare and cook our "crave"able food items according to Chick-fil-A recipes and standards, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
• Adhere to strict food safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Work with speed and efficiency to meet customer demands and serve hot, delicious food in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate excellence in every aspect of food preparation, from ingredient selection to presentation.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Take ownership of your role in delivering outstanding food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Embrace the value of speed in our kitchen operations, striving to serve food quickly without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:

• Hours of availability should range from 3pm-11pm or later
• An amazingly positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn are essential.
• Willingness to learn or current knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Weekend availability is required.
