Job Title: Customs Manager

Department: Global Logistics & Warehouse

Location: Wilmer, TX

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process related activities as required for the Customs Clearance of import and export shipments.
• Compile, verify accuracy, to deal with shipments and Customs declaration with solid experience.
• Manage compliance requirements, such as to handle Customs auditing, comply with Trade Law, and prepare annual report for FTZ.
• Be responsible for monthly reporting and data analysis required by relevant departments.
• Provide regular training on customs laws and regulations for internal factory personnel.
• Communicate effectively and positively with the Customs and other government or agencies, familiar with the latest import and export related laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Transportation, Logistics or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 5 years of working experience in handling customs in photovoltaic, semiconductor, or microelectronics industries or a related field.
• Be able to handle stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to analyze data and use customized software quickly and accurately.
• Solid computer skills - including Microsoft Office Applications, ERP and E Custom Clearance software systems.
