Server/Banquet Associate

Position Type: Temp-to-Perm (90-day probationary period)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Full-time & Part-time hours available

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Set up banquet events according to specifications and assist with event coordination as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guest.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or banquet operations preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry trays or other items as needed.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background screening.
