Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Co-op is responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing Team with project-based support requests. Support includes tasks relating to social media management, quarterly internal newsletters, tradeshow planning and execution, product literature management and various Sales and Marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and posting on ABS’ social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Assist with the creation of our internal quarterly newsletter.
  • Assist with planning and executing for in-person tradeshows.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of product literature including but not limited to product datasheets, user manuals, company brochures.
  • Assist with the maintaining and updating the ABS website.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Report the progress of tasks on a regular basis.
  • Follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  • Predictable and reliable attendance.

Position Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student working towards a Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, or other relevant degree.
  • Must be able to work between 15-25 hours per week.
  • Must posses and maintain a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
  • Must fulfill 24 credit hours in one calendar year.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Co-op students may be eligible to work up to 4 years if enrolled in a college or university and fulfill the criteria noted above.
