Maintenance Worker

We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. $19 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
• Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• Over 2 years of maintenance experience
• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends

• Skills and abilities to accomplish tasks 
• Well-rounded individual, good work ethic, team player, works independently, friendly, punctual, follows instructions written and verbal
