Available shifts are:

Pataskala - Sunday/Monday/Thursday 4:30p - 8:30p & Wednesday/Saturday 2:30p - 8:30p

Pataskala - Saturday & Sunday 10a - 2p & 5p - 7p *MUST have Med Cert 1 to be considered

Responsibilities:

•           Assist with daily living including personal care, cleaning/cooking, grocery shopping, money management & doctor visits
•           Encourage participation in the community by planning fun activities & new experiences
•           Promote independence in all daily living activities and become a trusted companion
•           Establishing  a secure, positive environment that nurtures consumers needs, expression, & goals
•           Complete all required shift documentation in accordance with Individual Service Plans

Requirements:

•           Drivers license OR State ID
•           Valid car insurance (if transporting)
•           Birth certificate & Social security card
•           High school diploma/transcripts OR GED
•           First Aid/CPR certified 
•           Completion of DODD provider training 
•           Background Check & Fingerprint
