What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and managing the pouch making machine and related equipment.
• Assisting Senior Leads with machine set-up activities and operations.
• Conducting minor adjustments to the machinery to ensure the quality of the product.
• Collaborating with Pouch Making Testers for maintaining product quality standards.
• Participating in continuous improvement activities to optimize operations and enhance product quality.
• Assisting in product changeovers and providing cover for breaks and lunches as necessary.
• Participating actively in corrective action teams to resolve production issues.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of machine operating experience.
• Experience with high-speed machine operations.
• Experience in setting up, troubleshooting and adjusting machines.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work on corrective action teams.
• Ability to handle product changeovers and cover for breaks and lunches as needed.
• Experience in adhering to product safety, legality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
• Ability to report any potential food safety, legality, quality, or food defense concerns.
