MAINTENANCE ATTENDANT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Attendant to join our team. As a Maintenance Attendant, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facility. This includes maintaining the proper functioning of equipment and systems and implementing preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of maintenance in facility
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Inspect equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair minor problems and basic upkeep of facility
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Proficient in facility maintenance techniques
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general property maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
