Do you have a passion for working with children and families? Mid-Plains Center is looking for compassionate, dedicated people in Lincoln who want to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.

Mid-Plains Center for Behavioral Healthcare Services is currently seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to join our Lincoln MST Team. This is an evidenced based program that focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact adolescents presenting with persistent and problematic behaviors.

This position provides comprehensive training in the multi-systemic therapy model and provides weekly clinical supervision/consultation with a MST expert of 20 plus years on the team. Our MST expert clinically supervises three teams in Nebraska and six teams in Colorado. All training and CE's are covered by the agency.

A $3,000.00 sign on bonus is offered for this position.

Salary- $53,000-$60,000 with opportunities to earn more with Production Bonuses (Average Production Bonus pay is $2,000-$5,000 possibility of more)

Minimum requirement: Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP)
