Techline, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative to work in the Amarillo, Texas branch.
Primary Purpose: This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional responsiveness to each clients needs and requests. The primary role will be to develop, implement, and manage customer accounts and serve as the liaison between the clients, vendors, and the company. This role will also require coordination with the Warehouse Manager on shipping and delivery.
Techline Account Representatives have a primary goal of sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Relay customer needs to Techline staff members
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Negotiate with the manufacturer regarding pricing and delivery details

Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Minimum of one-year sales-based work experience required
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering-based, industrial distribution, or applicable field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required
- Possess strong written and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Exhibit the ability to negotiate and problem-solve.
- Demonstrate initiative to take on new projects and learn new skills.
- Exhibit the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
