Mid-Plains Center for Behavioral Healthcare Services is currently seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to join our Kearney/Grand Island MST Team. This is an evidenced based program that focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact adolescents presenting with persistent and problematic behaviors.

This position provides comprehensive training in the multi-systemic therapy model and provides weekly clinical supervision/consultation with a MST expert of 20 plus years on the team. Our MST expert clinically supervises three teams in Nebraska and six teams in Colorado. All training and CE's are covered by the agency.

Mid-Plains Center offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes health insurance (80% agency paid monthly premium); agency paid life insurance; two weeks paid vacation, sick leave, and four personal days per year. Retirement plan deferral begins on the first day of employment.

A $3,000.00 sign on bonus is offered for this position.

Salary- $46,000-$52,000 with opportunities to earn more with Production Bonuses (Average Production Bonus pay is $2,000-$5,000 possibility of more)

Minimum requirement: Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP)
