FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE seeks a highly motivated Quick Lane Technician at Castle Rock Ford. The quick lube technician will be responsible for servicing vehicles for oil changes and carrying out responsibilities assigned by the manager and by the dealership and factory standards. Build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in their vehicle's safety and reliability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle maintenance systems including, but not limited to: flushes, oil changes, and tire rotations.
  • Perform a thorough check of the customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, and tires); referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor.
  • Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment; perform all lubrication services
  • Lubricate the entire car while looking for other items that may need repair
  • Document inspections
  • Lift up to 70lbs
  • Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean and are only driven for business purposes
  • Keep shop area neat, and clean; must account for all dealership-owned tools at all times
  • Communicate regularly with the service advisor/dispatcher to confirm the repair order information and diagnostic information
  • Follow established safety protocols; report any shop equipment in improper working condition; immediately report safety incidents
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Foundation Automotive brand
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Automotive maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening
  • Authorization to work in the USA
