Social Media Specialist/Inventory Photographer

Job Summary:
Dondelinger Chevrolet Hyundai is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Specialist/Inventory Photographer. This full-time position will primarily focus on creating engaging social media content and capturing high-quality images of our inventory to showcase our dealership to potential customers. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of social media platforms and marketing techniques. This is an individual contributor role based in Baxter, Minnesota.

Compensation & Benefits:
The position offers a competitive annual salary between $35,000 to $42,000, paid semi-monthly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and retirement plan options.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach a wider audience.
• Create and publish engaging content on various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capture high-quality images of new and pre-owned vehicles in our inventory.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure the highest quality visual representation of our dealership.
• Maintain an organized digital library of images and social media content.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our social media presence.

Requirements:
• Proficient in social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with photography and photo editing software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
