Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative at Puppy Paws Hotel and Spa, your primary responsibilities include: 

• Presenting, promoting, and selling our products/services to existing and prospective customers 
• Conducting cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements. 
• Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships 
• Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling 
• Resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 
• Achieving sales targets within schedule 
• Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments 
• Analyzing the market's potential and providing reports on customer needs and competitive activities 
• Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends 
• Continuous improvement through feedback 

Requirements: 

• Proven work experience as a sales representative 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices 
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record 
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills 
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills 
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. 
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
