Job Description:

We are currently seeking an energetic Full Time OTA/PTA for an Office Assistant position in the Dublin, OH area. This position will provide assistance in multiple areas of the company. Job duties may include:

• quality assurance for therapy assistance SOAP notes
• receive, interpret, and process outpatient doctor referrals
• verify patient insurance
• provide assistance in  running insurance verification and upcoming discharge reports
• call doctor's offices to obtain therapy orders and maintain plan of care compliance
• sending out plan's of care via fax or docusign
• inputting therapy referrals

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience based

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• ON-SITE

This is an in-office position only. MUST BE board certified, in good standing, OTA or PTA.
